Davis Hallberg, P.T.
Davis is a physical therapist at RUSH Physical Therapy's Harrison Street center. He was born and raised in Sacramento, California. Davis enjoys treating a variety of patients, and has a passion for treating orthopedic conditions.
Alicia Sandoval, O.T.
Alicia enjoys treating a variety of patients and has a passion for treating older adults and works closely with the senior care/frailty clinic at RUSH. She is passionate about treating neurological diagnoses and helping each patient achieve their goals.
Jacob Cingano, P.T.
Jacob was born and raised in Chicago. Jacob enjoys treating a variety of patients. He has a passion for promoting health and wellness. He believes in providing knowledge, education and empowerment for self-efficacy for his patients
Phebe Philip, P.T.
Phebe was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and has primarily lived there her whole life. Phebe enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a passion for promoting wellness through education, empowerment and exercise for all things pelvic health.
Nicole Kramer, P.T.
Nicole was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has been in Chicago since 2019. Nicole enjoys treating patients of all kinds, with increased experience treating pelvic floor conditions, and has a passion for promoting wellness for all and therapy for men, women and pediatrics.
Hetal Kulkarni , P.T.
Hetal has been a physical therapist for 14 years. She is a published author of a meta-analysis on the shoulder joint in the Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. Hetal enjoys treating various diagnoses, she is certified in the McKenzie Method of spine care and has a passion for treating concussion and vestibular disorders. She manages the Harrison St and Bronzeville centers for RUSH Physical Therapy. She loves to travel, try new cuisines and watch sci-fi movies.
Natalie Rosenstein, P.T.
Natalie has been practicing as a physical therapist for 15 years across many disciplines. As a long-time RUSH University Medical Center clinician, she has a special interest in working with medically complex patients. She has worked with patients through their spectrum of care, from acute care to inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient physical therapy at RUSH University Medical Center. Natalie is a registered yoga instructor and enjoys educating patients on the mind-body connection and bringing mindfulness into their movement.
Elyse Hoelzer, O.T.
Elyse is an occupational therapist for RUSH Physical Therapy's Harrison St. center. She was born and raised in the northwest suburbs and grew up figure skating. Elyse skated competitively at the University of Illinois and worked for the Chicago Blackhawks. She specializes in lymphedema treatment for upper and lower extremities, breast cancer, and head and neck cancer.
Gaby Klugman, SLP
Gaby is a speech-language pathologist at our Harrison Street center. She has a passion for helping people communicate. She enjoys working with adults with speech, language, voice, swallowing and cognitive disorders due to a variety of medical etiologies. She is the speech pathologist for Rush's ALS and movement disorder centers. She is also a classically trained singer and enjoys using her musical perspective to help patients during voice therapy.
Virginia Curtis, SLP
Virginia brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in the Chicago-land area, but has lived abroad in Italy and on the East Coast. Virginia enjoys treating patients from different backgrounds and is experienced in dysphagia and cognitive communication therapy. She has a passion for promoting wellness and independence for all.
Emily Vierow, P.T.
Emily brings a high level of energy and compassion to the patients she treats. She was born in Elmhurst, IL, but is a die-hard Packers fan. Emily enjoys treating patients of all kinds, though is passionate about working with the older adult population. Emily is starting ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certification, where she will begin working with oncology patients.
Chris Voirin, P.T.
Chris strives for connection with each patient. He moved from Denver, CO where patients named him the "Buddha of PT". Chris especially enjoys treating people with chronic pain due to the vast benefits which mindfulness and its practices can offer. He is interested by how one's thoughts/beliefs play in recovery from acute and chronic injuries, athletic performance and general mental health. Chris enjoys photography, spending time with his nephews, playing basketball and reading.
Elizabeth Chan, OTD, OTR/L, GTS, LSVT BIG
Elizabeth enjoys treating patients of all kinds and ensures that patients receive the best evidence-based care. She is a Chicago native and enjoys traveling, bouldering, eating good food and playing with her dog.
Sofia Zafer, P.T., DPT
Sofia grew up in northwest suburb of Chicago and has a passion for working with patients with neurological diagnoses. She enjoys reading crime novels, rock climbing, running and walking her dogs, Remy and Meeko.
Cathy Jang Guziewski , P.T.
Cathy enjoys working with patients of various orthopedic and oncologic diagnoses, and has a passion for promoting wellness for all. She is from the Bay Area of California and enjoys trying new cuisines and exploring Chicago's diverse food.
