Welcome to RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy. We look forward to helping your child with their physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy needs. Our highly-trained clinical team will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for your child. Our Team

Greg Sauder, MOT, OTR/L

Greg is an occupational therapist with more than 10 years of experience and the center manager at the RUSH Kids South Naperville. He earned a bachelor's degree from Bradley University and master's degree in occupational therapy from Midwestern University. He also is a certified autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist. Greg understands the importance of taking a fun and functional approach and is able to quickly bond with his patients while recognizing each individual needs. Greg is motivated in helping patients recognize their potential and returning to meaningful occupations in all facets of their lives. Greg enjoys running, kayaking, traveling and spending time with his two girls.

Michelle Versten, MSOT, OTR/L, BCP

Michelle earned a bachelor's degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and master's degree in occupational therapy from Touro University Nevada. She is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Occupational Therapy Association. She brings fun and compassion to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Michelle enjoys working with children of all ages to help them succeed in engaging with others and within their environments to the best of their abilities.

Richard Brenza, MSOT, OTR/L

Richard is a pediatric occupational therapist at RUSH Kids. He was born and raised in Homer Glen, Illinois as part of a large family. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and master's degree in occupational therapy from Stony Brook University. His enthusiasm and engaging nature helps build self-esteem and confidence in the children he works with. Richard enjoys serving the pediatric population by providing creative, evidence-based interventions that will improve function and provide them with the tools and skills needed to reach their highest level of independence.

Megan Taddeucci, M.S., CCC-SLP/L

Megan attended UW-Milwaukee to earn her bachelor's degree with a minor in Spanish and Minot State University for her master's degree in communication sciences. Megan can hold conversations in Spanish and is very familiar with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) systems including Touch Chat with Word Power and MultiChat, Unity, LAMP Words for Life, Go Talk, Tobii Dynavox with Snap + Core and more. Megan has experience in the public schools, skilled nursing facilities, therapeutic day schools and outpatient pediatrics. She is a certified Natural Language Acquisition clinician for Gestalt Language Processors. Megan specializes in autism, childhood apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders and childhood language disorders. She is eager and excited to empower children with communication because everybody deserves a voice!

Jennifer Allen, P.T., DPT

Jennifer earned a bachelor's in exercise science and doctorate of physical therapy from Marquette University. She continues to develop her skills with ongoing education including myofascial release and postural and developmental reflex integration. She uses a creative and individualized approach when treating patients and establishing a plan of care, making sure to incorporate the patient, family goals and needs. Jennifer values treating patients as a whole, drawing from a variety of modalities and resources, to be of highest service for each patient's individual needs on any given day.
