Our Team
Jen Burbage, P.T., MPT
Jen has been practicing physical therapy for 22 years, earning her bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Indiana University then her master's degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University. She has worked in outpatient, inpatient and home health care settings. Jen utilizes a customized, patient-centered approach to maximize patient function. She and her three boys enjoy family time, home projects and cooking together.
