Gwen Qualley, P.T., DPT
Gwen is a physical therapist at the Rush Physical Therapy - DePaul Fullerton location. Gwen enjoys treating orthopedic conditions and sports rehabilitation.
She grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and was introduced to physical therapy after receiving it while playing sports growing up. Gwen enjoys individualizing patient care and helping patients achieve their goals to get back to being the best version of themselves.
When not treating at the center, Gwen enjoys spending time exploring the city, cooking with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
Colby Bragdon , P.T., DPT, COMT
Colby was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, and attended the University of Iowa to pursue his bachelor's degree in human physiology. He continued his education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science to obtain his doctorate in physical therapy. He has been the primary physical therapist for DePaul University D1 Athletics since 2023 and is the center manager of both Rush Physical Therapy Clinics on campus.
Sam Thurow, P.T., DPT
Sam was born and raised in Burlington, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison to pursue his bachelor's degree in rehabilitation psychology. He continued his education at Baylor University to obtain his doctorate in physical therapy.
Sam has a passion of working with orthopedic and sports populations. He currently is the team physical therapist for the Chicago Union Ultimate Frisbee team. He takes an individualized approach and caters his treatments to each patient and their specific needs.
When not treating in the center, Sam enjoys playing basketball, pickle ball, spending time with his fiancé and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers.

Hand Therapy
Our certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive and industry-leading treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder injuries or conditions. Our team will work with you to create an individualized program to return you to work, life and athletics as soon as possible.

Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech and applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
