Cameron Warren, PTA
Cameron, who works at our Logan Square and Wicker Park centers, has experience in skilled nursing facilities and working with a variety of patients to improve function and quality of life. He believes balance, empathy and compassion are core components in providing the best care possible.
In 2025, Cameron earned his associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College and became a licensed physical therapist assistant. Cameron enjoys spending time with his cats, running and reading.

Hand Therapy
Our certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive and industry-leading treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder injuries or conditions. Our team will work with you to create an individualized program to return you to work, life and athletics as soon as possible.

Pediatric Therapy
We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech and applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation is the first nationwide comprehensive oncology rehabilitation program of its kind. ReVital focuses on helping individuals with cancer, and those in recovery, live better lives. When you need dedicated, sports-specific care, look to our Select Sports Centers of Excellence (COE). Our COE designation conveys the highest quality in sports medicine delivery. It's an endorsement of expertise in sports as a clinical practice.
