Our Team

Mary Kate Daniher, M.S., BCBA, Center Manager

Mary Kate has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2017 having become a board certified behavior analyst in 2021. She works to create specialized programs to each client based on their individualized needs. Additionally, she enjoys educating parents on the evidence-based techniques used in the field to promote generalization in the home and community.

Karen Todd, OTR/L, Assistant Center Manager

Karen is a pediatric occupational therapist. She has experience working with a wide range of pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, feeding sensitivities, difficulties with fine and gross motor skills and behavioral functioning. Karen is passionate about building therapeutic relationships with families to foster growth and to provide the best quality of care to patients.

Elizabeth Wang, P.T.

Beth is a physical therapist with more than 15 years of pediatric experience who brings fun and creativity to treatment sessions. She strives to find activities that will motivate patients to put forth their best effort so that they can achieve goals that are important to them and their family. Beth combines her experience as a parent and therapist to provide treating children of all ages and abilities. She is credentialed as an early intervention provider.

Marie Catherine Joutras , OTR/L

Marie is a pediatric occupational therapist. She has experience working with pediatric populations with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, difficulties with fine and gross motor skills and behavioral functioning. Marie is dedicated to providing the best quality of care to patients through engagement in their meaningful activities.

Aileen Lysaught, M.S., CCC-SLP

Aileen is a pediatric speech language pathologist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has been a member of the RUSH Kids team since 2011. Aileen is one of the pediatric market managers, overseeing six of our RUSH Kids centers in the Chicagoland area. Aileen has specialization in feeding disorders from birth to age 18 and orofacial myofunctional therapy. Aileen works to support her patients and their parents with family-centered goals and treatment plans that best support the child's needs in their natural environment. She also enjoys working with the positive and collaborative multi-disciplinary team at RUSH Kids in order to provide a holistic approach to therapy. In her free time, Aileen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and traveling.

Grace Eisenhuth, M.S., CCC-SLP

Grace strives to make communication a positive experience for all patients. She enjoys exploring patient interests to incorporate motivating and meaningful activities into therapy sessions. Grace's prior experience in the school setting has led to a passion for prioritizing functional, patient-centered goal areas while supporting self-advocacy for children. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with areas of special interest in augmentative and alternative communication, multidisciplinary co-treatment and collaboration and assessment.

Tricia Jacobs, M.S., CCC-SLP

Tricia is an experienced bilingual English/Spanish speech-language pathologist who has been practicing since 2016. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Marquette University. Tricia has worked with all ages in a variety of settings including hospital, school, rehabilitation and outpatient. She values seeing each child as a whole, and works with families to encompass an empathic approach to therapy. Tricia enjoys making connections with each family and individualizing therapy programs in order to maximize progress and carryover. Tricia is also a certified myofunctional therapist and is happy to share her knowledge to make lasting differences in her patient's lives related to orofacial myofunctional disorders, articulation and feeding therapy. Tricia's experience with treating a variety of disorders has allowed her to develop many creative methods to target the needs of each child. She enjoys collaboration with families and encourages parents to be involved in their child's speech therapy program.

Allison (Allie) Harvey , O.T.

Allie is a pediatric occupational therapist, joining us in 2023 after graduating from Rush University. Allie has a passion for working with kids of all ages and abilities to participate and feel successful in the activities they love and need to do every day. She has a special interest in sensory processing, emotional regulation and handwriting.

Mallory Greenbank, M.A., BCBA

Mallory is a caring and energetic behavior analyst. She began her career at RUSH Kids in 2018 and has experience working with young children and pre-adolescents. She creates individualized treatment plans to promote independence and increase functional communication for her clients. Mallory strives to help patients and families reach their goals and make connections within the community.

Dominique Gousset, O.T.

Dominique is a pediatric occupational therapist, graduating with a doctorate in occupational therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in May 2023. Dominique has clinical experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, assisting them in achieving their full potential. She uses patient-centered care and evidence-based practice to ensure high quality care. She takes particular interest in working with children on sensory processing, emotional regulation and fine motor skills. Dominique enjoys collaborating and building therapeutic relationships with children and their families to best meet their goals.

Laura Hamilton, BCBA

Laura was certified as a board certified behavior analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved to Illinois to join the La Grange team. She is certified as a level 5 practical functional assessment and skill-based treatment implementer and teacher. She places an emphasis on autonomy, advocacy, communication and adaptive behaviors that align with the children's interests and motivations. In therapy and programming she uses a systematic approach to help shape communication, transition skills and toleration skills to help increase independence and quality of life.

Courtney Kansler, M.S., CCC-SLP/L

Courtney is a speech therapist at our LaGrange center. She began at Rush Kids in the summer of 2024. Additionally, she has seven years of experience working as a speech therapist in the school system with individuals from 3 to 22 years. Courtney has experience targeting communication goals in: augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), social/ pragmatic language, receptive and expressive language, speech sound production and fluency. Courtney's experience includes working in specialized programs for individuals with health-related needs, social-emotional needs and those requiring highly structured academic environments. In transitioning to the center, Courtney continues to value helping individuals feel confident and celebrating all successes, whether big or small, and finding excitement in communication.

Maggie Devitt, CF-SLP

Maggie is a dedicated pediatric speech-language pathologist with a passion for supporting children in their development of communication skills. She has experience working with individuals from childhood through adulthood in a variety of settings, including those with diagnoses such as expressive and receptive language delays, speech sound and fluency disorders, social-pragmatic and cognitive communication disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorder, feeding and swallowing disorders, and children who use assistive technology. Maggie is devoted to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and prioritizes collaboration with families, recognizing that their involvement is key to a child's progress. By using evidence-based practices and tailoring each session to meet a child's unique strengths and interests, Maggie ensures that therapy is both effective and engaging.

Hannah Tate , OTR/L

Hannah is a pediatric occupational therapist. She earned her doctorate in occupational therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and has diverse clinical experience working with clients of all ages and abilities. Hannah utilizes a client-centered approach, evidence-based practice and a relationship focus to help children and families fully participate and feel successful in their daily lives.

Hand Therapy

Our certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive and industry-leading treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder injuries or conditions. Our team will work with you to create an individualized program to return you to work, life and athletics as soon as possible.

Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational, speech and applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available at select locations. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
